**Duties**
* Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and customer engagement across platforms such as social media, search engines, email, and content management systems.
* Oversee the creation and management of compelling content tailored for various digital channels, including websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
* Utilize SEO tools and keyword research to optimize website content for search engine rankings, increasing organic traffic and visibility.
* Manage paid advertising campaigns using Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords), Facebook Advertising, and other performance marketing platforms to maximize ROI.
* Analyze website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools; generate reports to inform strategic decisions.
* Lead conversion optimization efforts by implementing A/B testing, landing page improvements, and user experience enhancements to boost lead generation and sales.
* Collaborate with cross\-functional teams including graphic designers, copywriters, developers, and sales to ensure cohesive messaging and branding consistency.
* Stay current with the latest trends in digital marketing, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), e\-commerce strategies, and emerging technologies like marketing automation tools.
**Skills**
* Proficiency in SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google Ads (AdWords), Facebook Advertising, SEM strategies, and marketing automation platforms.
* Strong knowledge of content management systems such as WordPress and other CMS platforms.
* Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL for website optimization and troubleshooting technical issues.
* Skilled in content creation including copywriting, graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and video editing as needed.
* Experience with social media management across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter to build community engagement.
* Ability to analyze data effectively to inform performance marketing strategies; familiarity with performance metrics related to e\-commerce sales funnels.
* Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
