Job Description

We are seeking a versatile and service\-oriented IT Support Technician to join our team. This role combines remote helpdesk support with hands\-on field service work across multiple locations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, working directly with users, and supporting a fast\-paced, multi\-location environment where no two days are the same. **What You Will Do** * Provide remote technical support to end users via phone, email, and ticketing systems * Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and basic network issues in a timely and professional manner * Manage and resolve support tickets while maintaining accurate documentation of issues and resolutions * Set up, configure, and deploy workstations, user accounts, software, and peripheral devices * Travel to dealership and company locations to perform installations, maintenance, repairs, and technical support * Install and configure computers, networking equipment, Wi\-Fi systems, monitors, printers, and related hardware * Assist with structured cabling, hardware mounting, and device deployment projects * Troubleshoot on\-site connectivity and network\-related issues * Support Microsoft 365 environments and user account management * Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment both remotely and on\-site * Partner with internal teams and vendors to ensure technology issues are resolved effectively * Support the organization's commitment to operational excellence, innovation, and customer service **What We Are Looking For** * 2\+ years of IT support experience in helpdesk, field services, or a blended support environment * Strong working knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 * Experience with networking equipment (Ubiquiti, Cisco, etc.) strongly preferred * Familiarity with security camera systems or access control strongly preferred * Experience with ticketing systems is strongly preferred * CompTIA A\+, Network\+, or equivalent experience strongly preferred * Basic understanding of Active Directory and user/device management strongly preferred * Basic networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and Wi\-Fi troubleshooting * Experience configuring and troubleshooting PC, Mac, and peripheral hardware * Ability to independently diagnose and resolve technical issues * Strong customer service and communication skills with a professional and approachable demeanor * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail * Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast\-paced environment * Valid driver's license with the ability and willingness to travel locally between locations * High level of professionalism, reliability, and accountability **Benefits** * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Vision insuranc
