Remote Application Systems Analyst

We are seeking an experienced **Remote** **Application Systems Analyst** who enjoys solving complex problems, improving processes, and supporting critical business applications data processes, and technology infrastructure. **What We Offer:** * Competitive starting salary * Fully Remote * Medical, dental, vision, GAP, and life insurance * 401(k) with company match * Paid time off and paid holidays * Company\-provided equipment **What You'll Do:** * Provide technical support and resolve application, system, and communication issues for internal users and clients. * Manage user accounts, system access, and security permissions to maintain data confidentiality and system integrity. * Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain business applications, interfaces, and data processing workflows. * Analyze system performance, identify issues, and implement corrective solutions. * Document business processes, technical procedures, system changes, and user instructions. * Coordinate the timely processing and delivery of client data files and system\-generated deliverables. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to gather requirements, improve processes, and support application development initiatives. * Support the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of business information systems. * Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions that increase efficiency and effectiveness. * Monitor system access points and report potential security risks or compliance concerns. * Assist with client onboarding, user training, and knowledge transfer activities. * Maintain strong relationships with internal departments, clients, vendors, and industry partners while delivering exceptional customer service. * Manage competing priorities and ensure assignments are completed accurately and on schedule. * Provide training and support to new team members as needed. * Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: **Qualifications:** * 3\-5 years of experience preferred in application support, systems analysis, information technology, or a related field. * High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical education or certifications are a plus. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. * Experience with the FACS platform, including Enable, Report Writer, Event Tactics, and Logic Blocks preferred. * Working knowledge of application security principles and data protection best practices. * Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security\+, GIAC Security Essentials (GSEC), CEH, CISSP, or CISM are preferred. * Knowledge of FDCPA, FCCPA/FCCCPA, and FCRA regulations is preferred. * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem\-solving skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. * Ability to
