Job Description

This is a remote position.AI Support AnalystWe are seeking an AI Support Analyst to provide day-to-day support for AI-driven applications, data platforms, and client-facing solutions. This role will focus on monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of AI outputs and data workflows across environments leveraging AWS, Azure, Tableau, Power BI, and DealCloud CRM.This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a mix of technical support, data analysis, and troubleshooting experience, with interest in AI-driven systems.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide L1/L2 support for AI-driven applications, data pipelines, and integrationsMonitor systems and respond to alerts, incidents, and performance issuesTroubleshoot issues related to AI outputs, data inconsistencies, and system integrationsValidate data quality and accuracy across ETL/ELT pipelines and reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI)Support API integrations and data flows between systems, including CRM platforms like DealCloudDocument issues, resolutions, and maintain runbooks and knowledge base articlesAssist with incident management, escalation, and root cause analysisCollaborate with engineering, QA, and data teams to ensure production stabilitySupport user inquiries and provide guidance on system functionality and issuesIdentify opportunities for automation and process improvements within support operations RequirementsRequired Qualifications2–4 years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, QA, or Data Support rolesStrong analytical and troubleshooting skillsProficiency in SQL for data validation and issue investigationFamiliarity with cloud environments (AWS and/or Azure)Experience working with data pipelines or ETL processesExposure to monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog, Splunk, CloudWatch, Azure Monitor)Experience with API troubleshooting or integration supportStrong communication skills and ability to support both technical and non-technical usersKey Traits for SuccessStrong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracyProblem-solving mindset and ability to troubleshoot complex issuesStrong communication and customer support skillsAbility to prioritize and manage multiple issuesCuriosity and interest in AI and emerging technologies Originally posted on Himalayas
