The Next Level Internship program by Mekari is a highway for achievement-oriented young talents to #ElevateThroughImpact in a competitive and encouraging environment, where they get to contribute in raising Indonesia's software standard.If you are:A University student studying in IndonesiaAt least in your 3rd semester of study, ORAn alumnus, max. 1 year after graduationSend in your application now and start your journey to:Experience working at Indonesia's no. 1 SaaS companyGet a min. 3-month period internship experience with your preferred team and roleReceive evaluations to keep your Next Level journey on trackBy applying through this opening, you are applying specifically for the role of Growth Marketing Intern:Job Description:Event & CommunityConduct community outreach by identifying and engaging relevant communities for Mekari Sign and Mekari Expense to expand audience reach and support product awareness.Assist in planning and executing monthly webinars for Mekari Sign and Mekari Expense, including event logistics, registration management, participant reminders, and post-event follow-up.Support the execution of offline events and community engagement activities based on business needs and available opportunities.Social MediaAssist in producing social media content, including content shooting and asset preparation.Monitor, analyze, and prepare reports on social media performance and analytics.Build and maintain a content bank to ensure a consistent content pipeline and posting schedule.Provide day-to-day support for social media initiatives and other related marketing activities as required.Requirements:Final-year student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, with basic English proficiency for internal communication and reporting.Previous experience in community engagement, event coordination, or social media content creation through internships, student organizations, or academic projects is preferred.Able to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders across different products.Basic proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva or Figma) and/or short-form video editing tools (e.g., CapCut or Adobe Premiere) is a plus.Proactive, detail-oriented, well-organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.Still got any questions?
