Our culture emphasizes leadership, accountability, and continuous improvement.Responsibilities and ImpactLead the iLEVEL business, driving financial results and overseeing P&L management.Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to expand market presence and revenue.Guide product development, ensuring alignment with client needs and industry trends.Serve as a subject matter expert in Private Markets operations, including portfolio monitoring and valuations.Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering professional growth and collaboration.Engage with global clients and stakeholders, providing thought leadership and market insights.Compensation/Benefits InformationS&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $200,000 to $230,000. Final base salary will be based on the individual’s geographic location, experience level, skill set, training, licenses, and certifications.In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.This role is eligible to receive additional S&P Global benefits. For more information on the benefits we provide to our employees, please click here.What We’re Looking For: Basic Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field.10+ years’ experience in Private Markets, portfolio monitoring, or valuations.Proven track record of P&L management and business leadership.Expertise with iLEVEL or similar Private Markets platforms.Key Soft SkillsStrategic vision and decision-making.Strong leadership and team-building abilities.Excellent communication and stakeholder management.Adaptability and results-oriented mindset.Additional Preferred QualificationsAdvanced degree (MBA, CFA, or similar).Experience with product development and go-to-market strategies.Familiarity with commercial datasets and analytics tools.Global market exposure and cross-functional leadership.Preferred Soft SkillsInnovative thinking and problem-solving.Ability to influence and inspire others.Collaborative approach to driving change.High emotional intelligence.Right to Work RequirementsThis role is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States.Flexible Working We pride ourselves on our agility and diversity, and we welcome requests to work flexibly.
