We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this role, you will be the friendly voice and helpful guide for our clients, ensuring their questions are answered promptly and their needs are met with enthusiasm. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact while honing your communication skills in a supportive environment. Responsibilities
* Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
* Assist clients and clinicians with scheduling appointments, providing new/existing clients information about services, and addressing concerns effectively
* Conduct outbound calls when necessary to follow up on client inquiries or gather feedback, or collect copays/coinsurance payments.
* Maintain accurate records of interactions through data entry and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems
* Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure a seamless customer experience
* Support client services by troubleshooting basic issues and escalating complex concerns appropriately
* Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and enhance overall client satisfaction
Skills
* Multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse client needs
* Insurance Verficiation\-Verify Eligibility and benefits for Various Insurances we Accept
* Experience in a Mental/Behavioral health practice beneficial
* **Strong sales skills to promote services and encourage client engagement**
* Bilingual proficiency in English and another language preferred, but not mandatory
* Excellent customer support and client service skills with a focus on empathy and active listening
* Successful Sales experience with track record to prove it
* Submit Prior Authorizations for Medication/Prescriptions
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills for data entry and documentation
* Experience with call center operations, outbound calling, or customer support roles is advantageous
* Demonstrated phone etiquette, communication skills, and professionalism in handling inquiries
* Ability to analyze situations quickly, troubleshoot issues effectively, and maintain composure under pressure

Pay: $15\.00 \- $18\.00 per hour
