From workflow oversight and HR functions to credit control and managing a growing team, you'll be key to maintaining performance, solving problems, and driving efficiency across the board. You'll also step in to manage the business when directors are unavailable.Key ResponsibilitiesMinimum 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within an agency or service-based environmentLead and support a remote team of ±10 staff, ensuring performance, deadlines, and collaborationManage future Operations Assistants, including onboarding, delegation, and performance trackingHandle client escalations and operational issues, providing swift and effective resolutionsOversee credit control processes, including overdue invoice follow-ups and client liaisonDrive process improvement and implement systems to optimise operational workflowsCollaborate with department heads to ensure alignment with business goals and client expectationsIdentify cost-saving and productivity-enhancing opportunitiesManage a team of freelance copywritersStep in for directors as needed to maintain operational continuityAbout You5+ years in operations management, ideally in a digital agency or service-led businessStrong leadership and people management skills, comfortable managing distributed teamsProven experience in HR, recruitment, and credit controlExceptional organisational and multitasking abilitiesProactive problem solver who thrives under pressureClear communicator with strong interpersonal skillsAble to work independently in a fully remote setup and provide own equipmentPerks & Benefits25 days paid leave annually, plus your birthday offUp to 7 days paid sick leave per yearAccess to a leading online mental health and therapy platformCommission on deals you help secureOriginally posted on Himalayas
