Job ID: 2613667 **Location:** Hanahan, SC, US **Date Posted:** 2026\-06\-15 **Category:** Wage Determination (SCA) **Subcategory:** Service Contract Act **Schedule:** Full\-Time **Shift:** Day Job **Travel:** No **Minimum Clearance Required:** None **Clearance Level Must Be Able to Obtain:** Public Trust **Potential for Remote Work:** ORA\_ON\_SITE **Description** SAIC is seeking an **Administrative Assistant** for our Hanahan, SC location. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide administrative support to management and team members. * Prepare, edit, and maintain documents, spreadsheets, reports, and presentations. * Create and schedule transportation shipment request. * Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems. * Assist with data entry and record keeping while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. * Handle routine correspondence and follow up on outstanding tasks. * Assist with special projects and perform other administrative duties as assigned. **Qualifications** **Required Education and Experience:** * High School Diploma (Bachelors degree preferred). * Five (5\)\+ years of administrative assistant, office assistant, or related experience preferred. * Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). * Experience with Office 365 is a plus. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. * High attention to detail and accuracy. * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally. * Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience using office software, databases, and document management systems. * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment. * Experience coordinating meetings, events, or executive schedules. **Ideal Candidate** * Highly organized and dependable. * Strong computer aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly. * Professional demeanor and positive attitude. * Self\-motivated with excellent problem\-solving skills. * Able to anticipate needs and proactively support the team.
