**Description**
SAIC is seeking an **Administrative Assistant** for our Hanahan, SC location.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide administrative support to management and team members.
* Prepare, edit, and maintain documents, spreadsheets, reports, and presentations.
* Create and schedule transportation shipment request.
* Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
* Assist with data entry and record keeping while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
* Handle routine correspondence and follow up on outstanding tasks.
* Assist with special projects and perform other administrative duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**
**Required Education and Experience:**
* High School Diploma (Bachelors degree preferred).
* Five (5\)\+ years of administrative assistant, office assistant, or related experience preferred.
* Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
* Experience with Office 365 is a plus.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
* Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience using office software, databases, and document management systems.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment.
* Experience coordinating meetings, events, or executive schedules.
