If you love ownership, thrive in a fast-moving environment, and want to help build something exceptional, you'll feel right at home here.The OpportunityThis role is an opportunity to:Join a rapidly growing national firm at a formative stageMake a visible, measurable impact on a rapidly growing businessGrow your skills, responsibility, and influence as the firm scalesWork alongside high-caliber, mission-driven teammates who care deeply about doing great work and delivering strong outcomesWe are looking for people who don’t just want a job; they want purpose and impact.What You Will OwnIn this role, you will be responsible for:Assist attorneys and case managers in reviewing and assessing the merits of clients’ Personal Injury claims by organizing, reviewing, and summarizing records, documents, and evidence to support early case evaluation and valuationSupport the development of claims from intake through resolution by gathering documentation, summarizing liability and damages, and ensuring complete, accurate case files prior to demandPrepare and organize demand packages, including medical summaries, billing summaries, liability documentation, and supporting evidence to maximize claim value and facilitate negotiationsServe as a primary point of contact for clients during the pre-litigation phase, providing updates, requesting documentation, explaining processes, and maintaining compassionate, consistent communicationCommunicate with insurance carriers to confirm coverage, provide documentation, track claim status, and assist attorneys in negotiating settlementsMaintain organized electronic case files, track deadlines and treatment progress, update case management systems, and ensure all pre-litigation milestones are met efficientlyUphold professional ethics, confidentiality, and compliance with all applicable legal rules, firm policies, and regulatory requirementsWhat You BringRequired:2–6 years of experience supporting Personal Injury pre-litigation matters on cases in LouisianaStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detailAbility to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience requesting, reviewing, and summarizing medical records and billsAbility to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently while collaborating with a teamPreferred (Nice to Have):Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate (not required)Experience in a high-volume or fast-growing law firmFamiliarity with Personal Injury claims processes and insurance proceduresExperience with case management software (e.g., Filevine, Clio, SmartAdvocate)Comfort working in evolving systems and processesWho Thrives Here (Core Values)We don't hire on resumes alone.
