They connect buyers and sellers across Nigeria and are building out their support function to match rapid growth.The roleYou'll be the first point of contact for buyers and sellers reaching out via live chat and email. You'll resolve order issues, answer product questions, and escalate complex cases — helping customers get back on track quickly and leaving them feeling looked after.What you'll doHandle inbound queries via live chat and email within SLA targetsResolve order, delivery, and payment issues using internal toolsEscalate complex or sensitive cases to the right teamLog interactions accurately in the helpdesk systemIdentify recurring issues and share feedback with the product teamWhat you'll needClear, friendly written communication in EnglishPatient and calm when handling frustrated customersAble to learn new software tools quicklyReliable internet connection and quiet workspaceNice to haveExperience with Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar helpdesk toolsPrevious customer-facing or support rolePidgin English is a plus for certain customer segmentsWhat you'll get$400–$600 USD/monthShift options to suit your schedulePaid leave and public holidaysTraining provided — no prior e-commerce experience neededOpportunity to move into team lead or QA rolesApply with your CV.
