Role OverviewThe Standardisation & Quality Lead is responsible for defining, implementing, and monitoring operational standards for coral restoration activities across all Coral Gardeners branches. The role combines two core responsibilities: building and maintaining the systems, documentation, and standards that define how restoration should be done, and ensuring those standards are effectively applied, monitored, and enforced in the field.What You Will DoResponsibilities include standardisation and operational documentation, quality assurance and compliance, safety, compliance and marine risk, science and technical integration, restoration science support, and core restoration operations.Why It Might Be a FitThe ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of coral restoration operations and field best practices, ability to write and maintain operational documentation, and strong organisational skills.RequirementsUniversity degree in Marine Biology, Marine Ecology, Conservation, Environmental Science, or a directly related fieldDemonstrated experience in coral restoration or marine conservation field operationsExperience writing and managing operational documentationMinimum advanced diving certification: PADI Rescue Diver or equivalentValid First Aid and CPR trainingWillingness and ability to travel regularly to all active branchesBenefitsCompetitive salaryOpportunity to work in a transversal capacity across operations, science, and technical teamsChance to make a meaningful impact in coral restoration and marine conservationOriginally posted on Himalayas
