Environmental Geologist

**Overview** We are seeking a dedicated entry\-level Environmental Geologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in geology and technical writing, with environmental and GIS background preferred. This role is multi\-functional ranging from Phase I \& II ESAs, regulatory remediation, fault and other remote sensing studies. **Responsibilities** * Conduct scientific research to assess environmental conditions and impacts. * Utilize commercial mapping tools for spatial analysis and mapping. * Prepare technical reports and documentation to communicate findings effectively. * Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on various environmental projects. * Conduct site inspections for commercial properties. * Help in conducting Phase II ESA sample acquisition in the field. * Learn and utilize geology background for fault mapping in the Gulf Coast. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree with a geology major. * Proficiency in mapping software. * Strong research skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets. * Excellent technical writing skills for report preparation and documentation. * Ability to work in a strict deadline environmental with minimal error. * Good communication skills, both verbal and written. * Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. * Strong attention to detail and problem\-solving skills.
