Job Description
About the Role:We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer with deep direct-to-consumer (DTC) and e-commerce experience to join our team. You'll be responsible for creating compelling visual content across Amazon listings, email campaigns, and digital advertising that drives conversions and builds our brand.Key Responsibilities:Amazon Listings & E-Commerce:Design high-converting Amazon product listings including main images, lifestyle photos, infographics, and A+ ContentCreate comparison charts, feature callouts, and product photography enhancements that comply with Amazon's guidelinesOptimize product imagery for mobile and desktop viewingDesign storefront headers and brand store layoutsEmail Marketing:Design engaging email templates and campaign assets for promotional sends, abandoned cart sequences, and nurture flowsCreate email headers, banners, product showcases, and CTA graphicsEnsure designs are optimized for various email clients and mobile devicesCollaborate with marketing team on seasonal campaigns and product launchesDigital Advertising:Design static ad creatives for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Display, and other paid channelsCreate ad variations for A/B testingDevelop eye-catching graphics that stop the scroll and drive clicksAdapt creative across different ad formats and dimensionsBrand Consistency:Maintain and evolve brand visual identity across all customer touchpointsCreate templates and design systems for scalable content productionEnsure all designs align with brand guidelines while optimizing for conversionRequired Qualifications:3+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in DTC or e-commerce environmentProven experience designing Amazon product listings with demonstrated results in conversion optimizationPortfolio showcasing email design work and static digital adsExpert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Strong understanding of DTC marketing funnels and customer journeyExperience with conversion-focused design principlesKnowledge of Amazon listing requirements and best practicesUnderstanding of email design constraints and best practicesAbility to create designs optimized for various digital ad platformsStrong (C-level) written and verbal English communications skillsAbility to work full-time EST alignedPreferred Qualifications:Experience with Figma or SketchBasic knowledge of HTML/CSS for emailFamiliarity with Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar ESP platformsExperience with motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro)Understanding of Amazon SEO and keyword optimizationKnowledge of accessibility standards in digital designExperience with product photography or retouchingBackground in consumer packaged goods (CPG) or lifestyle brandsSkills & Attributes:Data-driven mindset with ability to iterate based on performance metricsStrong attention to detail and ability to work within brand guidelinesExcellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple projectsCollaborative team player who can also work independentlyStay current with DTC design trends and e-commerce best practicesStrong communication skills to present and defend design decisionsWhat Success Looks Like:Increased conversion rates on Amazon listings through optimized visualsHigher email click-through and engagement ratesImproved ad performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS)Consistent brand presentation across all digital channelsEfficient turnaround on design requests without sacrificing quality
