These factories deliver AI/ML Applications, Data Science Platforms, Blockchain and Microservices for DoD, Healthcare and Civilian Agencies Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee mission-critical federal programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing contractual commitments, driving program execution, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and maintaining strong stakeholder engagement. This role requires expertise in Agile delivery, risk management, and performance monitoring within a compliance-driven environment. Key Responsibilities:Act as the primary point of contact for government stakeholders (COR/COTR) and ensure contract complianceLead weekly, monthly, and quarterly program reviews and executive briefingsManage CDRL deliverables, including reports, transition plans, and security documentationDrive Agile practices: sprint planning, backlog management, velocity tracking, and retrospectivesMaintain staffing plans, handle personnel changes, and oversee subcontractor performanceManage and maintain an integrated risk register with timely escalation and mitigationEnsure adherence to ISO, CMMI, and organizational compliance standardsMonitor program performance metrics and implement corrective actions when required Skills Required:Must possess an active secret clearanceStrong program and project management experience, preferably in federal/DoD environmentsExpertise in Agile methodologies (sprint planning, backlog management, velocity tracking)Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Power BI, ServiceNowSolid understanding of risk management, compliance frameworks, and performance metricsExperience managing cross-functional teams and large-scale programsStrong stakeholder communication and executive reporting skillsKnowledge of security and compliance tools (eMASS, STIGs, etc.)Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 20000-1, and CMMI Level 3 standardsExperience with Service Summary (SS-1 to SS-23) metrics and SLA trackingAbility to drive data-driven decision-making and reportingPMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required.
