Responsibilities * Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat across multiple languages, including bilingual support where applicable * Provide accurate information about products, services, and account details while maintaining excellent phone etiquette * Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues, guiding them through solutions with clear communication skills * Process data entry tasks efficiently, updating customer records accurately within our CRM systems * Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up on inquiries or promote relevant services with enthusiasm and professionalism * Support client services by resolving complaints, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint * Maintain organizational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously while adhering to quality standards Qualifications * Proven call center experience or background in customer support roles with a focus on client services * Multilingual abilities; fluency in English is required, with additional language skills considered a strong asset * Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and empathetically * Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills for efficient data entry and navigation of digital platforms * Experience in sales or outbound calling is preferred but not mandatory * Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and record keeping * Knowledge of phone etiquette, analysis skills for problem\-solving, and cash handling experience are advantageous * Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high productivity levels Join us in delivering outstanding service that makes a real difference!
