Don't take our word for it\-check out our BCBA reviews! **What You’ll Do** As a BCBA, you will: * Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans * Provide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs * Develop and monitor behavior intervention and skill\-acquisition programs * Analyze data and make data\-driven treatment decisions * Provide caregiver training and support * Collaborate with families, schools, RBTs, and other professionals * Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed * Maintain accurate clinical documentation * Treatment plan reviews * Provide ongoing feedback, modeling, and support to RBTs **What We’re Looking For** * Active BCBA certification and current BACB credential * Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field * Experience working with children preferred * Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills * A collaborative, team\-focused approach * Passion for helping children and families **Why You’ll Love Blue Gems ABA** 1\.
