Working from approved instructional designs and validated source content, the specialist will build accessible, engaging, and technically reliable eLearning, microlearning, multimedia, simulations, assessments, and blended\-learning components. The role works closely with Instructional Systems Designers, subject matter experts, learning systems personnel, multimedia and graphics staff, and quality and Section 508 specialists to deliver LMS\-ready products that are reusable, maintainable, and portable across current and future learning platforms. This anticipated position is contingent upon task order award and client requirements. **DUTIES** * Develop complete eLearning modules and finish, revise, or modernize partially developed courseware using Government\-approved authoring and multimedia tools. * Translate approved storyboards, scripts, learning objectives, source materials, and design specifications into interactive digital learning experiences for professional adult learners. * Build eLearning, microlearning, knowledge checks, assessments, branching scenarios, simulations, multimedia, videos, graphics, and other digital learning components appropriate to the content and audience. * Collaborate with Instructional Systems Designers to align interactions, media, practice, and assessments with learning objectives, adult learning principles, ADDIE or equivalent methods, and instructional quality standards. * Work with program subject matter experts to clarify source content and incorporate validated changes while preserving technical, scientific, and regulatory accuracy. * Tailor Government\
