Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this leadership role is responsible for championing the experience and success of our independent insurance agents, our primary clients. You'll build and lead a team focused on agent community engagement, digital platform user experience, scalable agent support operations, and sales resource curation, while collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, and elite agent programs. We offer excellent opportunities for career development to those who are committed and strive for excellence.ResponsibilitiesAgent Experience Digital Platform: Drive the look, feel, and usability of the agent digital platform. Ensure it is visually appealing, intuitive, and tailored to key agent segments. Serve as the voice of the agent, collaborating with product and UX teams to advocate for changes that enhance productivity and satisfaction.Recruitment Enablement: Develop scalable programs and tools that help agents recruit and expand their agencies, working alongside marketing and agent success teams.Content & Resource Management: Own the content library, curating and organizing marketing assets, training content, and sales tools so they're easily accessible and aligned to agent needs and LMS strategy.Community & Communications Collaboration: Drive engagement on our internal community platform. Collaborate with the Social Media Manager and Email Marketing Specialists by providing insights into agent needs and priorities to ensure messaging resonates authentically, while these specialists lead the day-to-day execution.Agent Relationship & Insights: Build direct relationships with agents and leaders to gather ongoing feedback. Use insights to guide community-building efforts and resource development, partnering with the brand and field marketing teams.Agent Support Operations: Provide responsive agent support to a fast-growing network by triaging requests, developing efficient tiered systems (self-service, peer community, and personalized assistance), and leveraging technology and AI to scale support without proportional team growth.QualificationsExperience building and managing a small team, or strong track record leading people and projects is required.Fluency in both English and Spanish (written, spoken, and reading) is required.5+ years scaling client success programs for independent contractors or partner networks is required.Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.Experience in financial services, insurance, or direct sales preferred.Experience building support systems that improve satisfaction while reducing operational costs.Background in digital platform UX and user-centered design.Comfortable collaborating with marketing teams on email and social strategy.Strong at building relationships and gathering client insights to improve products and resources.Able to lead projects across multiple teams.
