This is a remote position.Job OverviewWe are looking for a highly skilled GoHighLevel Automation Developer / Executive Assistant who can take ownership of backend systems, CRM workflows, and automation processes while also supporting executive-level operations.This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, tech-savvy, proactive, and experienced in building scalable systems from the ground up. The ideal candidate has strong experience working with marketing agencies, understands digital marketing workflows, and can confidently manage sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild, optimize, and manage GoHighLevel automations, funnels, workflows, and CRM systemsDevelop onboarding systems and backend operational processes from scratchManage CRM organization, tagging, pipelines, lead tracking, and automation sequencesSupport executive operations and administrative tasks as neededEnsure workflows and systems are efficient, scalable, and properly documentedMonitor and improve automation performance and overall system functionalityStay updated with the latest digital marketing, CRM, and automation trendsMaintain confidentiality and proper access/security controls across platforms and systemsCollaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders independentlyRequirementsMinimum of 4 years of hands-on GoHighLevel experienceStrong knowledge of backend systems, workflows, and automation developmentExperience creating onboarding systems and CRM management processesAbility to build and implement systems independently from scratchPrevious experience working with marketing agencies is highly preferredHealthcare industry experience is a plusFamiliarity with Canadian regulations, particularly Ontario PIPA/privacy complianceHigh level of professionalism, discretion, and accountabilityStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setupNice to HaveExperience integrating third-party tools and platformsKnowledge of lead generation and digital marketing strategiesExperience handling multiple client accounts or brands simultaneouslyWhat We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven — someone who can confidently take ownership of systems and operations while supporting leadership in a fast-moving environment.
