We’re looking for a CTO to define and lead our technology vision and strategy through this next chapter of scale.Reporting to the CEO and part of the Senior Executive Leadership Team, you’ll oversee Engineering, Data Science, Data Management, and Security—building the systems, tools, and teams that will take Omnidian to the next level.You’ll shape a cross-functional technology roadmap that drives AI and automation, data science, enterprise architecture, and Agile delivery, partnering closely with Product, Operations, and Go-to-Market teams to deliver scalable, forward-looking solutions.This role is both strategic and hands-on—ideal for a growth-minded technology leader who can set vision, inspire teams, and execute with speed and clarity.Preference for Seattle but open to candidates who can relocate or travel to Seattle.
