This role plays a vital part in ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoice data, supporting our financial operations and maintaining smooth vendor relationships. Responsibilities * Enter invoice details into the database with a high level of accuracy. * Review and verify invoice information against purchase orders and delivery receipts. * Identify and flag discrepancies or missing information for resolution. * Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments to clarify invoice issues. * Maintain up\-to\-date records and assist with monthly reconciliation processes. * Support the finance team with ad\-hoc data requests and documentation as required. * Adhere to company policies and data confidentiality standards. Requirements * High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in accounting or administration is a plus. * Proven experience in data entry, invoicing, or accounts payable support. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; experience with accounting software is advantageous. * Excellent organizational and time management skills. * Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision. * Clear and professional communication skills.
