Job Description Virtual Assistant: Sales Rep \& Appointment Setting Who We Are: Oakas AI LLC: an AI consulting firm that builds custom software and automation for small and medium businesses. We find where a team loses hours to manual work, then build the AI systems that run it. ("Let the busywork run itself.") Your Role: Part\-time Virtual Assistant to power our B2B outreach engine: You will be provided a list of businesses we want to work/partner with and expected to call each business and discuss their internal operations, company size, and what roles are in the company. We want to learn their pain points they face day\-to\-day and find a solution with custom built softwares. Target businesses would look like: Businesses that do not have Admin/Office workers, as well as small businesses where the owner fills many seats for the business operations. Oakas was created to automate paper work, phone automation, lead intake/outreach, so small business owners can focus on doing the physical work. Your role is to call the businesses provided, ensure they meet the criteria we want to work with (will be provided) and set up a discovery call. \*\*Location:\*\* Remote / anywhere \*\*Hours:\*\* \~15–25 hrs/week to start (flexible, can grow) \*\*Pay:\*\* Hourly, based on experience (bonuses for booked discovery calls You're a great fit if you: \- Are fluent in written English and comfortable with professional email tone \- Are detail\-obsessed — you actually enjoy cleaning a messy list until it's perfect \- Have done lead generation, list building, or sales/VA work before (a plus, not required) \- Are comfortable in spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets) — formulas a plus \- Can use tools like LinkedIn, Google, Hunter.io, Apollo, and web research to find contacts \- Are reliable, self\-directed, and communicate clearly about what you finished and what's blocked \- Can protect our sender reputation by following instructions on volume and cadence (we send in controlled batches, not blasts) \*\*Bonus points:\*\* experience with cold email / outreach campaigns, CRM tools, US home\-services / trades industries, or basic comfort running a script we hand you with step\-by\-step instructions. How we work \- Clear SOPs for every task — you'll never be guessing \- One niche/city at a time, in focused campaign batches \- Async\-friendly; a short daily update on what you did and what needs a decision \- Start small on a paid trial task, grow hours as we build trust **To apply:** Send a short message with: 1\.
