Duties * Act as the main liaison for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout their journey * Manage customer accounts using CRM systems such as Salesforce, ensuring accurate data entry and updates * Assist in onboarding new clients by guiding them through product features and best practices * Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand client needs and identify opportunities for growth * Support project management initiatives by tracking progress, deadlines, and deliverables for client\-related projects * Analyze client data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement that inform strategic decisions * Maintain strong relationship management by proactively reaching out to clients, addressing concerns, and fostering loyalty Requirements * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, finance, or related field * Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and listen actively * Basic understanding of SaaS platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) systems such as Salesforce Cloud * Interest in project management, sales processes, and data\-driven decision making * Ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently while maintaining attention to detail * Familiarity with customer service principles within financial services or SaaS environments preferred * Analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights for client success strategies This paid position offers a fantastic platform to develop your skills in client success, account management, sales, and SaaS technology.
