This is a high-leverage leadership position; you will own the brand strategy, our high-impact content engine, and the architecture of our partner ecosystem.The role encompasses three key pillars:Embody the Brand: Serve as the "Face of the Brand," personifying RYNO’s authority across all social channels and national stages.Strategic Distribution: Evolve our partnership roadmap into a high-leverage network of strategic alliances with industry leaders and manufacturers.Commandeer Content: Scale our content engine that translates technical expertise into market dominance.We are looking for a marketing athlete who bridges the gap between high-level brand strategy and day-to-day execution. You have a proven track record of marketing professional service providers at scale, but you aren’t a manager of managers who hides behind decks. You are a high-visibility storyteller who can direct a world-class production on Monday and lead a keynote on Thursday.You will fully own the Pitch to Podium lifecycle, owning the end-to-end strategic process: from identifying high-impact industry events and pitching yourself and our leadership to secure coveted main-stage slots, to delivering keynotes, moderating panels, and hosting industry-facing video events. You will shape how the market understands RYNO’s value and build narratives that ensure every industry interaction is leveraged into a direct business opportunity. You will personify RYNO’s mission across all video, social, and live platforms, ensuring a polished, credible, and authoritative presence that commands industry attention.B2B Strategy & Brand Positioning: Own and evolve the overarching marketing architecture for our Home Services vertical, defining a brand voice that establishes RYNO as the premier partner for professional service providers at scale.Strategic Alliance & Narrative Architecture: Act as the primary architect of RYNO’s industry narrative, designing a partnership roadmap that aligns high-level industry influencers and vendors with our long-term growth objectives to ensure every interaction reinforces our authoritative market position.Strategic Content & PR Management: Scale a robust production house (video, social, thought leadership) and manage a high-performing network of creative talent and vendors to build world-class content capabilities from the ground up.Pitch to Podium Lifecycle: Fully own the end-to-end strategic process required to secure coveted main-stage slots. This includes identifying high-impact events and pitching yourself and our leadership for industry events, including keynotes, and panels.Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with sales and product teams to ensure marketing initiatives directly support revenue objectives and turn brand authority into scalable lead generation.Performance Driven Planning: Translate overarching brand narratives into measurable strategic plans, using market sentiment and lead-gen data to pivot messaging and maintain a competitive edge.RequirementsIndustry Experience: 5+ years of marketing professional service providers at scale, with a deep background in high-growth agency or vendor-side business models.
