They interact with customer decision-makers to provide global transportation business information and to ensure smooth transactions and compliance.We are seeking a detail-oriented member to join our team. This role involves managing purchase orders, fostering international relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Order Management: Manage purchase orders, coordinating with global locations to ensure smooth goods movement and maintain high customer satisfaction.Relationship Building: Foster relationships with international UPS offices, update SOPs, and ensure operational compliance. Coordinate with Business Development teams on industry trends.Business Growth: Drive business growth by conducting strategic customer meetings, reviewing KPIs, and implementing data-driven solutions to enhance supply chain performance.Compliance and Documentation: Oversee document management and corrective action plans, ensuring origin compliance.Business Analysis Reports: Provide customers with business analysis reports to support analytical assessments of shipping activities, review the status of shipments, and ensure vendor compliance. Leverage advanced Excel skills to manipulate and analyze data effectively.Customer Advocacy: Act as a customer advocate to resolve pricing, service, and relationship issues and to prevent churn.Customer Experience: Deliver a seamless customer experience from initial contact to full integration for implementing new Supplier Management customers.This position may require traveling depending on business needs. Qualifications:Proven experience in supply chain management and/or ocean and customer relations.Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Must have a Bachelor's Degree (or international equivalent) or be a current UPS employee with three years of UPS experienceMust have Ocean freight experience – RequiredMust have Intermediate Excel Skills – RequiredProven experience delivering customer service in direct customer-facing environments – RequiredAdditional Criteria: Job Grade: 20CThis is a remote position.Last day to apply is Monday, July/6/2026 at 11:59 pm Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $57,840/year to $107,160 /year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants are offered annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs, subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
