**Part\-Time Medical Scribe / Transcriptionist – Pediatric Orthopedic Office** \*\*THIS IS AN **IN\-PERSON** POSITION \- NOT REMOTE A busy pediatric orthopedic practice is seeking a reliable and detail\-oriented **Part\-Time Medical Scribe/Transcriptionist** to join our care team. The ideal candidate will work closely with our providers to ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare and assemble medical record documentation for providers * Verify patient information and review all documentation for accuracy and compliance * Accompany providers into exam rooms during patient visits to capture real\-time notes * Maintain organized, thorough, and confidential medical records **Qualifications:** * Familiarity with medical terminology * Ability to type **60\+ words per minute** * Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills * Preferred: at least one year of relevant scribe/transcription experience **or** current students preparing to apply to medical or health\-related programs * High school diploma or equivalent required * **Must be able to work in person** If you are motivated, professional, and interested in gaining valuable clinical experience in a fast\-paced pediatric specialty setting, we encourage you to apply.
