Russian - International Telephonic/Video Remote Interpreters

Overview:As an audio and video remote Interpreter for Russian with LSA's IRIS platform, you will be a key member of our team in facilitating language communication on a variety of assignments while having the chance to utilize the most advanced technology in the language services industry.Responsibilities:Interpret through web-based system Answering inbound calls in a timely manner Assist clients with basic troubleshooting (refer to manager or IT department if necessary) Provide superior customer service Qualifications/Experience:Full fluency in both English and Russian Maintain (as applicable) compliance with any national, state, or local licensing and/or certification requirements Adhere to Code of Professional Conduct Attention to detail, while working in a fast-paced environment Strong oral and written communication skills Professional and positive phone manner with clients from all types of businesses Familiarity working in a windows environment (preferred) Experience with VRI systems(preferred) PC Trouble shooting skills (preferred) Previous interpreting experience (preferred) VRI Technical Requirements:PC Minimum RequirementsWindows 8.1 or higher AMD A8 or Intel Core i5 or faster 4GB RAM 40 Mb free space on HDD High speed internet (5 Mbps Download / 5 Mbps Upload) Recommended webcamPC - Logitech WebCam® C920 HD Pro or better MAC Minimum RequirementsMac with Intel Core i5(5th Gen) Mac OS X ‘Yosemite 10.10 or higher 4GB RAM 40MB hard drive space Latest Firefox/Safari and Apple software updates High speed internet (5 Mbps Download / 5 Mbps Upload) Recommended MAC webcamsMAC- Internal iSight Logitech C920 Pro (recommended for best experience).
