Job Description

Ron Ferrara is seeking a highly organized, proactive Remote Operations Manager / Executive Assistant to help manage his virtual assistant team and oversee daily operations across multiple real estate\-related businesses. This is not a basic virtual assistant role. This is a management and operations role. The right person will help manage calling VAs, operations VAs, lead follow\-up, listings, transactions, CRM updates, reporting, scheduling, and special projects. The goal of this role is simple: create structure, improve accountability, and give Ron one clean daily update so he does not have to manage every person, task, and issue directly. Ron runs several real estate businesses, including residential sales, real estate team operations, probate lead generation, investment/flip projects, short\-term rental operations, and other real estate\-related projects. This role will help organize the moving parts and make sure important work is being completed on time. We are looking for someone who is assertive, organized, detail\-oriented, and comfortable managing people without constant direction. Strong written English, good judgment, follow\-up ability, and problem\-solving skills are extremely important. The ideal candidate has experience managing remote teams, virtual assistants, callers, admin staff, or real estate operations. Real estate experience is strongly preferred, but the most important qualities are organization, accountability, communication, and the ability to make sure work gets completed. This is a full\-time remote position. The role will begin with a 30\-day paid trial. If the person is a strong fit, this can grow into a long\-term right\-hand operations role supporting Ron directly.
