**Location:** Pompano Beach, FL (or fully remote) **Employment Type:** Full\-time, salaried W\-2 \| $46,000 to $58,000/year **Schedule:** Saturday through Wednesday. Weekends 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern, weekdays 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern. One day you might help an agent navigate a tricky negotiation. The next, you're showing someone brand new how to list their first property on the MLS. Every single day, you're the difference between an agent who's stressed and stuck and one who feels supported and confident. Real estate doesn't stop on weekends, and neither do our agents. Saturdays and Sundays are when open houses happen, offers fly, and agents need answers fast. You'll be the one they can count on when it matters most. If you love the feeling of someone saying "thank you, I couldn't have figured that out without you," this is your role. **What You'll Actually Be Doing** * Answering calls, chats, and emails, and walking agents through real\-world transaction challenges, in person or remotely * Helping with MLS listings, contracts, forms, negotiations, and conflict resolution * Becoming the go\-to person agents trust when things get complicated **Who Thrives Here** You've got a few years of real estate experience (6 to 10 transactions or more) or solid operations experience supporting agents and brokers. You don't need a fancy certification or designation. What you do need is patience, a genuine desire to teach and help, and a heart that lights up when you help someone succeed. Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Zendesk, and CRM platforms?
