By bridging the gap between revenue operations, finance, and accounting, Team Lodestar builds and delivers capabilities and insights across financial and revenue cycle performance metrics to our partners and leaders.About the Role:As a Project Manageron Lodestar, you will be accountable for managing complex projects, leading the development and enhancement of strategic capabilities, and lead end-to-end processes. You will act as a driving force behind our strategic BI initiatives, making well-reasoned recommendations to drive innovation. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional leaders to own and deliver on targets and spearhead maturity and enhancement across cash and yield infrastructure.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Project & Process Management: Manage large-scale projects and reporting processes. Deliver on cross functional capabilities and goals across the team's portfolio, such as streamlining engagement across reporting, enhancing cash and yield forecasting capabilities, and integrating technology and toolsets into the team's workstream.Relationship management and collaboration: Collaborate with leaders across ROPS, Finance, and Accounting to drive results by building 'one source of truth' narrative alignments and fostering strong partnerships based on trust and respect across peer groups and cross-functionally.Execution & Ownership: Deliver on team/ROPS goals and targets by prioritizing, planning, and delegating work effectively. Design, lead, and communicate progress, roadblocks, and results with leadership and stakeholders across milestones.Insight Generation: Distill insights and trends from qualitative and quantitative data. Recommend data-informed solutions to conflicts or roadblocks within your workstreams.Strategic Decision Making: Collaborate with Sr. Leaders and partners to craft strategy across processes and technology to enable delivery on targets, goals, projects, and reporting.QualificationsBachelors degree in applicable field with a strong preference for Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Analytics or other applicable field.4+ years of experience in healthcare operations, revenue cycle strategy, or business analytics.2+ years of project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives/projects with executive stakeholders.Strong communication, relationship management, and executive communication skills (verbal and written).Proficiency across Microsoft 365 applications, Tableau, and SQLModels DaVita's Core Values and belonging behaviors.
