Risk Management & Compliance • Identifies and mitigates risks related to supply continuity, capacity, geopolitics, quality, and financial stability. • Ensures adherence to TE policies, ESG requirements, regulatory standards, and documentation governance. Job RequirementsWhat your background should look like:5–7+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Commodity Management, or advanced Procurement roles. • Demonstrated experience leading global sourcing strategies and delivering measurable results. • Strong supplier management and supplier development background, ideally in a manufacturing or engineered‑products environment. • Expertise in cost analysis, should‑cost modeling, and understanding of manufacturing processes. • Proficiency in Excel, data analytics tools, and sourcing dashboards; SAP PR2 or S/4 HANA experience preferred. • Strong negotiation skills with proven success in complex contract management. • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, executive‑level presentations). • Project management experience strongly preferred. • Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and influence without authority in a global matrixed environment.
