This role is ideal for a senior SAP IS-U professional who enjoys combining sales, delivery, and solution leadership, and who is motivated to grow a strong presence within the utilities market.The SAP IS-U Manager is a strategic and hands-on role responsible for driving business growth, delivering SAP IS-U solutions, and building strong relationships within the utilities ecosystem. This position combines sales, solution architecture, and project leadership, with a focus on delivering high-quality SAP IS-U programs and expanding the company’s footprint in the utilities market.Key Responsibilities:Business Development & SalesDrive sales and business development activities within the SAP IS-U (Utilities) spaceIdentify and develop new opportunities within existing and new clientsSupport and lead pre-sales activities, including solution positioning, proposals, and client presentationsBuild and maintain strong relationships within the SAP IS-U network (clients, partners, SAP ecosystem)Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forumsSolution Design & ArchitectureLead the design and architecture of SAP IS-U solutions, ensuring alignment with client business requirementsProvide guidance on best practices, industry standards, and SAP roadmap (S/4HANA Utilities, cloud, etc.)Translate business needs into scalable and sustainable SAP IS-U solutionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams on integrations and end-to-end solution designProject Delivery & LeadershipAct as Project Manager or Solution Architect on SAP IS-U implementations and transformation programsLead and coordinate project teams, including functional and technical consultantsEnsure delivery excellence across scope, timeline, quality, and budgetManage client expectations and act as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycleStakeholder & Network ManagementActively network within the SAP IS-U community, including customers, partners, and SAP representativesBuild long-term client relationships and support account growthCollaborate with internal leadership on strategy, delivery, and market positioningRequirementsQualifications:8–15+ years of experience in SAP IS-U / UtilitiesStrong understanding of utilities business processes (billing, metering, customer service, etc.)Proven track record in SAP IS-U implementations, including project management or solution architecture rolesExisting network in the SAP Utilities ecosystem in the US requiredExperience in sales, pre-sales, or business development within SAP or consulting environmentsExperience with S/4HANA Utilities and/or cloud solutions preferredExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to operate in both strategic and hands-on rolesStrong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Strong client-facing and consulting mindsetAbility to bridge business and technologyEntrepreneurial approach to growing business and relationshipsLeadership and team coordination skillsStrategic thinking combined with execution focusProficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office SuiteWillingness to travel as requiredBachelor’s degreeWHAT WE OFFER:Experience the energy and enthusiasm of a successful global transformation company.
