As a lifestyle company, we ensure that everybody working here has a fantastic time, which is why we’ve earned the Great Place to Work Certification every year since 2022!Job Description:Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized and professional Legal Case Manager to support our growing legal team.This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and enjoys both administrative and client-facing responsibilities.You will play a critical role in supporting case progression, maintaining client communication, and ensuring operational excellence across multiple practice areas.Schedule: Monday to Friday 09:00 a.m. to 05:00 p.m. PST Monthly compensation: 1,220 to 1,320 USDResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:Communicate with clients and medical providers via phone and emailMaintain organized case files and track deadlinesDraft motions, pleadings, and legal documents (training provided)Assist with pre-litigation case development (Personal Injury)Support attorneys with case preparationEnsure all communications reflect professionalism and clarityRequest, track, and organize medical records and documentationRequirements: Legal background or prior law firm experience preferredStrong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of professionalism and accountabilityClear speaking voice with strong articulationAbility to handle sensitive client interactions with emotional intelligenceStrong grammar and attention to detailTech-savvy and adaptable to systems/processesWork Shift:Languages:EnglishReady to dive in?
