FME Data Migration Consultant

This is a remote position.We are looking to hire a full-time employee or a contractor for Data Migration Consultant. You’ll be part of a global consolidation of multiple Salesforce and CRM instances. RequirementsShould have at least 3 years of experience migrating data to Salesforce CRMShould have experience working with large volume of dataThorough knowledge of database systemsThorough knowledge on ETL processes and Data Deduping conceptsProficiency with SQL, XML and JSONCleanse data as necessary to remove the potential for issues with data migrationManaging the entire data migration process by identifying potential issues and resolving themDevelop best practice standards and protocols for data migration.Evaluating different source systems such as Salesforce, Oracle, Netsuite to determine how to best move data from one system to another systemCoordinating with the client to determine their data needs, including the types of data that need to be migrated and prepare data mappingsEstablishing testing procedures to ensure that the migrated data is accurate and consistent with client specificationsProviding technical support for the data migration process to ensure that it runs smoothly and efficientlyCreating documentation of the migration process to serve as a guide for future migration projects Originally posted on Himalayas
