Work with U.S. Startups and C-Suite Execs as an Oceans Performance MarketerAbout Oceans Oceans is an outsourcing firm pairing the best talent in Sri Lanka with CEOs, Founders, and Executives in the U.S.The Role: Performance Marketer Oceans is seeking talented candidates in Sri Lanka to become Performance Marketers.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retentionIdentify and prioritize key performance marketing channels, including PPC, display advertising, and affiliate marketingPlan, launch, and manage performance marketing campaigns across various paid channelsConduct keyword research, audience targeting, ad creation, and bid managementOptimize campaigns continuously to improve key performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.)Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics toolsDevelop and maintain dashboards to monitor KPIs and provide actionable insightsConduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and conversion funnelsMonitor spend and performance daily to ensure campaigns stay within budget and deliver expected resultsMake data-driven decisions to reallocate budget as needed to optimize performanceCollaborate with the web development team to optimize landing pages and conversion pathsUtilize heatmaps and user feedback to identify areas for improvementRequirementsLanguage: Professional fluency in English, with superb communication skills (reading, writing, speaking)Experience: At least 4 years of experience in performance marketingEssential Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Optimizely, VWO)Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, etc.)Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisionsExcellent understanding of PPC, display advertising, social media advertising, and other performance marketing channelsExperience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and campaign analysisStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyUnderstanding of user experience (UX) and customer journey mappingEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant work experienceWho Should Apply This role is ideal for candidates with experience in Performance Marketing or Media Buying who are excited to work for, and learn from, U.S.-based Executives.
