**Client Accountant – Senior Level \| JADDE Financial Solutions** Are you a seasoned bookkeeper or accountant with deep QBO expertise who actually enjoys talking to clients? Not just running numbers behind the scenes — but presenting financials, explaining what they mean, and helping small business owners make smarter decisions? That's exactly who we're looking for. **About JADDE** JADDE Financial Solutions is a virtual bookkeeping, accounting and Client Advisory Services firm serving small and mid\-size businesses across the U.S. We don't do tax. We do books, financials, and advisory — and we do it well. Our clients have a dedicated team they actually know, not a revolving door of strangers. **What You'll Do** * Own a portfolio of clients — their books, their month\-end close, their financials * Present financial reports to clients via Zoom and walk them through what the numbers mean for their business * Manage reconciliations, month\-end close, payroll coordination, AP, AR and sales tax * Work inside QBO daily — this is your primary tool * Collaborate with the team on client issues and escalations **What You Bring** * 5\+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience, ideally in an accounting firm environment working with multiple clients * Advanced QBO skills — you know it cold, not just the basics * Comfortable presenting financials to business owners on video calls * Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple clients without dropping the ball **What We Offer** * 100% remote, Monday \- Friday 9\-5 EST * Small, tight\-knit team where your work actually matters * Clients who are engaged and want the relationship — not just a monthly report * A connected, tech\-forward firm that leverages the latest tools to streamline workflow and communciation **To Apply** We want to ensure that all Staff Accountant applicants have a fair and equal chance, so we’re using a TestGorilla assessment (https://www.testgorilla.com).
