This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales expertise while making a meaningful impact in a fast\-paced environment. **Responsibilities** * Cultivate new client relationships through outbound calling, email outreach. * Maintain existing client accounts by providing ongoing support, troubleshooting issues, and identifying upselling opportunities * Conduct detailed data entry to accurately record customer interactions, sales activities, and account information * Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly via phone or digital channels with professional phone etiquette * Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that align with client needs and objectives * Analyze customer data to identify trends, improve service delivery, and enhance sales strategies **Requirements** * Multilingual skills are highly desirable; fluency in English plus additional languages is a strong plus * Proven experience in sales, customer support, or call center environments with a focus on outbound calling * Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to build rapport quickly * Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general data entry accuracy * Demonstrated call center experience with good phone etiquette and active listening skills * Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in data entry and analysis * Bilingual capabilities are preferred; familiarity with customer service software and CRM tools is advantageous **Performance Bonuses** * New Client Acquisition: $250–$500 per new signed client * Placement Milestone: $100–$250 per successful contractor placement * Quarterly Target Bonus: $500–$2,000 for hitting quarterly revenue goals * Annual Performance Bonus: $2,000–$5,000 for top performers Join us as an Account Executive where your energy fuels success!
