After\-Hours Operations Coordinator (Friday \- Monday) **\- Fully Remote \- Must Live in Nevada** We are growing rapidly and looking for an A\-player to join our team. Our clients depend on us to coordinate inspections quickly, communicate clearly, and keep jobs moving, especially after hours and on weekends. We are hiring an **After\-Hours Operations Coordinator** to serve as the primary operational contact during evenings and weekends. This is a high\-trust, fast\-paced role for someone who can work independently, make sound decisions, and protect the client experience when the rest of the team is offline. This person must remain fully available and responsive through our closing time of **10:00 PM PST** to receive new jobs, respond to urgent client requests, log job details accurately, support technicians, and ensure proper handoff for anything that needs follow\-up.
