Works closely with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develops detailed project timelines and budgets, ensuring efficient resource utilization. Mentors junior project managers and team members to ensure best practices are followed. Manages relationships with external vendors, contractors, and clients. Analyzes and reports on project performance, adjusting strategies and timelines as needed to senior management.Job Responsibilities Project CoordinationManage large and complex digital projects with a focus on quality, scope, and delivery,Develop detailed project timelines and budgets, ensuring that resources are utilized efficiently,Track project progress, ensuring timelines and milestones are met while maintaining a high standard of quality,Ensure that all project deliverables are completed on time and within scope, taking corrective actions if necessary,Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and proper execution of tasks.Communication and ReportingWork closely with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines,Analyze and report on project performance, adjusting strategies and timelines as needed to meet project objectives,Ensure regular communication with all project stakeholders to keep them informed about project progress,Prepare detailed project reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key milestones and risks,Report potential risks or issues to senior management for resolution, ensuring timely problem-solving.Production and QualityEnsure that project deliverables meet quality standards, including checking alignment with scope, goals, and objectives,Review project outputs at various stages to ensure quality control measures are followed and deliverables meet specifications,Manage relationships with the production team to ensure the quality of deliverables meets company standards.Project PreparationDevelop comprehensive project plans outlining key deliverables, resources, and timelines,Prepare for project kick-offs by organizing necessary materials, setting up initial meetings, and ensuring team alignment,Coordinate resource allocation for digital projects to ensure that all team members and tools are available as needed,Ensure all necessary tools and resources are set up before the project begins, including software, documentation, and personnel,Assist in the creation of digital project workflows and processes that streamline project execution and ensure consistency.SupervisionMentor junior project managers and team members, ensuring they follow best practices in project management,Provide guidance and oversight to project teams, ensuring tasks are executed on time and within scope,Lead project meetings, ensuring all team members are aligned and tasks are being prioritized correctly,Support the regularization process for direct reports and Support junior team members with training, helping them to develop new skills and improve project management capabilities,Ensure junior project managers have the resources and support needed to meet project goals while fostering their professional growth.Other ResponsibilitiesPerform related duties as assigned.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Linguistic, Computer Science or a related field,Advanced knowledge of project management software such as Jira and Monday.com,Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies,Proficient in project cost estimation, resource allocation, and risk management,Ability to perform project analysis to enhance productivity and quality,Ability to lead meetings, presentations, and communicate project risks to executives,Strong interpersonal skills for client-facing roles,3 to 4 years in project management, content workflows, or translation-related roles,Experience managing cross-functional teams in digital environments,Ability to mentor and guide junior team members,Ability to foster collaboration and teamwork.Work set-up and working hours:2:30pm - 11:30pm PHT Monday to FridayHybrid SetupWorking at Datawords Philippines, you will enjoy:Hybrid setup with hybrid allowanceCompetitive SalaryShift incentiveHealth Insurance Policy with Dental, Optical and ComPsych coverageLearning opportunities, access to Linkedin Learning coursesLocal and International training/business trip opportunitiesVacation leave, Sick Leave, Offered Leave, Marriage Leave, Birthday LeaveVirtual and Onsite Health and Wellness ProgramsInclusive, Fun and Unique Datawords Culture where
