Job Description
DescriptionAs a Chargeflow Alert Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing and resolving alert transactions within our client’s Payment Service Provider (PSP) system.You will be responsible for the following key tasks:Transaction Management: Efficiently locate and address alert transactions in the PSP system.Refund Processing: Issue refunds for transactions identified as requiring refunds.Subscription Management: Cancel active subscriptions associated with these transactions.Documentation: Accurately document transactions involving chargebacks, unlocated transactions, declines, cancellations, and merchant-initiated refunds on the alert credit sheet.Merchant Communication: Engage with merchants as needed to enroll them in the service, resolve issues, and provide updates for reporting purposes.Process Improvement: Offer suggestions and innovative ideas to enhance and streamline the alert management process.RequirementsQualifications:Proficiency in English - MustExperience with Chargebacks - MustProficiency in Excel/Google Sheets - MustAttention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy and thoroughness in managing transaction details - Must!Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities to assess and resolve transaction-related issues.Efficiency: Ability to work effectively in a large scale, fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.Customer service experience - Strong AdvantageAdaptability: Willingness to work on a shifting schedule, including holidays, to ensure continuous operation and support.Technical Requirements: Possess a personal computer with reliable internet connectivity, including backup internet and battery solutions to maintain consistent productivity.Tech Oriented (Must): working with payment processors (such as Stripe, Shopify, etc..) - AdvantageThe ideal candidate will exhibit a blend of meticulous attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to improving processes.
