This experienced Senior Manager of Technical Writing will sit at the intersection of leadership and execution. In this "player\-coach" capacity, you will be responsible for defining our documentation strategy and mentoring a team of writers. Additionally you will drive development of technical documentation that translates complex information into user\-friendly content that enables successful onboarding and utilization of Slingshot \& Databolt by customers, partners and internal stakeholders. This candidate will be responsible for managing a team of technical documentation specialists and should have in\-depth experience creating various forms of customer\-facing documentation, including user manuals, help files, system integration guides, SDKs, API documentation, and FAQS . The candidate should be able to communicate complex information clearly and efficiently to both technical and non\-technical audiences. **Responsibilities** * Lead, mentor, and grow a team of technical writers.
