About the Role We’re looking for a Lead Software Developer to provide hands-on technical leadership within a distributed engineering team. This is a senior, high-impact role focused on raising engineering standards, improving delivery confidence, and driving technical direction across a core product platform.This is not a pure management position; you’ll remain deeply involved in coding, architecture, and problem-solving while mentoring others and leading by example.
