Reporting to the SVP, FP&A, the Senior Manager, FP&A will serve as the primary finance business partner to Transcarent’s Sales and Marketing leaders. This role is responsible for planning, forecasting, and performance management across customer acquisition, growth, and retention— with a particular focus on commissions, sales efficiency, and marketing ROI.This is a highly visible, hands-on role for a finance leader who thrives at the intersection of data, strategy, and execution, and who can translate complex financial signals into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.What you’ll doOwn financial planning and forecasting for Sales and Marketing, including the Annual Operating Plan, monthly forecasts, and long-range modelsDesign, model, and administer sales compensation and commission plans in close partnership with Sales leadership and Revenue OperationsAnalyze sales efficiency and unit economics, including CAC, LTV, pipeline conversion, productivity, quota attainment, and ROI by channelPartner with Marketing leaders to evaluate spend effectiveness, campaign performance, and incremental ROI across growth initiativesBuild and maintain scalable models for headcount, capacity, bookings, revenue, and spend—connecting go-to-market drivers to financial outcomesLead variance and trend analysis, identifying risks, opportunities, and key drivers relative to planDevelop executive-ready materials for forecast reviews, QBRs, and leadership decision-makingDrive adoption, enhancement, and automation of FP&A processes and reporting in Pigment, alongside Excel and NetSuiteCollaborate closely with Accounting to ensure tight alignment between forecasts, actuals, commissions, and the close processSupport ad hoc strategic analyses, including pricing, investment tradeoffs, scenario modeling, and growth initiativesContribute to continuous improvement of FP&A processes, documentation, and data integrity to support scale and auditabilityWhat we’re looking for8–10 years of progressive experience in FP&A, go-to-market-finance focused roles, ideally in high-growth or technology-enabled companies Deep experience supporting Sales and/or Marketing organizations, including commissions, sales productivity, and growth economicsStrong financial modeling skills with the ability to connect operational drivers to P&L and cash flow outcomesProven ability to partner cross-functionally and influence senior, non-finance stakeholdersHands-on experience with FP&A systems and planning tools (Pigment, Adaptive, Anaplan, or similar), with the ability and desire to learn new platforms quicklyAdvanced Excel skills; comfort working across multiple systems and imperfect data environmentsStrong ownership mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience a plusNice to haveBackground in healthcare, digital health, or benefits-related business modelsExperience supporting M&A analysis, integration, or post-acquisition reportingExposure to IPO-readiness or public-company financial processesDirect experience with Pigment As a remote position, the salary range for this role is:$140,000—$160,000 USDWho we areTranscarent is the One Place for Health and Careᵀᴹ, bringing medical, pharmacy, and point solutions together with the WayFindingᵀᴹ experience, the first and only generative AI-powered health and care platform for health consumers.
