Every line of code, every product release, and every conversation with our customers brings us closer to ensuring no patient’s treatment quality depends on where they live.Why This Role MattersIn this role you will help clinics successfully adopt Radformation’s software and build efficient, safe, and scalable radiation oncology workflows. You will work closely with Sales, Product, IT, and Engineering teams to deliver successful implementations, support customers, and continuously improve our products based on real-world clinical feedback.Responsibilities Include:Partner with Sales to deliver customized product demonstrations to prospective clinicsLead and organize software implementations, including coordinating with internal and customer IT teamsTrain and mentor new clinic users to ensure successful adoption and long-term successTroubleshoot and resolve customer issues independently and in collaboration with EngineeringHost webinars and create training materials to educate clinics and highlight product capabilitiesTest new software releases and provide feedback to support development and quality assuranceBuild strong relationships with clinical teams and act as a trusted partner in their workflow optimizationRepresent Radformation at trade shows and industry events across North America as neededRequired Experience:Minimum 2 years of clinical dosimetry experience using Eclipse TPSStrong critical thinking and problem-solving skillsExcellent presentation and communication skillsPositive attitude and passion for excellence in patient carePreferred Experience:5+ years of clinical dosimetry experienceTeaching or training experience in dosimetryCustomer-facing or customer service experienceProject management experienceAI & Hiring IntegrityAt Radformation we believe AI can be an incredible tool for innovation, but our hiring process is all about getting to know you, your skills, experience, and unique approach to problem solving.
