The individual will need to influence and negotiate at all levels of the organization in service, R&D,salesand other functions.This positionreports to theVice President, North America Serviceandis part of theService organization,workingremotely in the USA.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:Drive sustained P&L, CVD, and QDCI improvements aligned to Policy Deployment and Daily Management using DBS tools and standard work.Develop and execute the NACO service DBS roadmap, including active leadership in Policy Deployment and Daily Management review processes.Deliver and facilitate DBS training and coaching across all levels, including senior leaders, using internal and external resources.Lead and sustain kaizen execution, certification processes, and DBS capability development through structured training and MBB progression.Diagnose operational inefficiencies and implement DBS and AI-enabled analytics solutions to improve workflows and business performance.The essential requirements of the job include:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Engineering, or related field with 14+ years of relevant experience; Master’s degree preferred.Demonstrated experience applying DBS, Lean, or Growth tools, including kaizen facilitation, Policy Deployment, and Daily Management systems.Proven experience training and coaching DBS or Lean tools and leading structured improvement initiatives across functions.Experience using data analysis tools, metrics, and performance systems to assess business performance and drive decision-making.Experience working in a continuous improvement or DBS-based environment within a service, commercial, or operations organization.Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:Ability to travel –30% travel, overnight, withinNorth America Beckman Coulter Diagnostics,a Danaher operating company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives.
