Client Experience ManagerJob Description:Client Experience Managers (aka Pod Leaders) oversee a team of 10-12 people, $80-100K in recurring revenue, and support with our franchise needs. Client Experience Managers are client-facing positions and will attend client calls or be present on client communication where needed. Product knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Web and Branding is required for this role. Previous experience in a client-facing position is preferred but not required.
