Product Designer (UX/UI Designer – SaaS Products) – RemoteLocation: Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, Mexico (Remote) Position Type: Full-Time Working Hours: U.S. Business HoursAbout the RoleAt Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Product Designer (UX/UI) to own the end-to-end user experience across modern web and mobile SaaS applications.This role goes beyond creating beautiful interfaces. You’ll combine user research, product thinking, UX strategy, interface design, and scalable design systems to build intuitive digital experiences that improve usability, engagement, retention, and customer satisfaction.Working closely with Product Managers and Engineers, you’ll transform user insights into elegant, production-ready designs while ensuring consistency across the entire product ecosystem.If you think in **user journeys, workflows, and systems—not just screens—**this role is built for you.What You’ll OwnUX Research & Product Discovery Conduct user research, usability testing, and behavioral analysis. Translate research into: User personas Journey maps User flows Information architecture Product requirements Identify friction points and recommend UX improvements. Use product analytics platforms such as Mixpanel and Amplitude to support design decisions. UX/UI Design Design wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity user interfaces. Create responsive experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. Design intuitive workflows that improve usability and task completion. Deliver polished SaaS experiences aligned with modern UX best practices. Design Systems & Component Libraries Build and maintain scalable design systems. Create reusable UI components and design patterns. Establish standards for: Typography Color systems Spacing Interaction patterns Accessibility Ensure visual consistency across all product experiences. User Experience Optimization Conduct usability testing and collect customer feedback. Run A/B tests on: Layouts User flows Navigation Interaction patterns Improve: User engagement Retention Feature adoption Conversion rates Iterate designs using research findings and product analytics. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers throughout the product lifecycle. Participate in product planning, discovery sessions, and design reviews. Deliver developer-ready designs using: Figma Dev Mode Zeplin Design documentation Provide clear interaction specifications and implementation guidance. Accessibility & Design Quality Design experiences aligned with WCAG accessibility standards. Ensure usability across browsers, devices, and screen sizes.
