The OpportunityHouse Rx is a high-growth HealthTech company revolutionizing the Specialty Pharmacy landscape. We are seeking a strategic, high-energy VP of Marketing to own our brand narrative, drive customer acquisition, and establish us as the category leader in medically integrated dispensing. As a leadership hire, you will move fluidly between high-level strategy and hands-on execution. You will be responsible for scaling a brand that sits at the intersection of clinical excellence, patient empathy, and cutting-edge technology.OurVP of Marketing will be a "builder-strategist"—someone capable of refreshing our foundational brand identity while simultaneously launching a data-driven thought leadership engine and partnering with our Commercial team on our go-to-market (GTM) strategy. This is a remote role, with a strong preference for Bay area candidates. Core ResponsibilitiesStrategic Brand LeadershipDefine and own the brand identity, ensuring a consistent and empathetic voice that resonates with patients managing chronic, complex conditions.Lead a complete overhaul of the House Rx website to better reflect our technical maturity and serve multiple stakeholders Sales EnablementWork closely with the commercial and customer success team to make sure our customer-facing materials tell the House Rx story in a compelling and consistent wayProvide oversight and strategic leadership to our Director of Events to make sure House Rx’s presence at conferences and other events has a high ROIContent MarketingDevelop high-quality content to establish House Rx as the clear thought leader in Medically Integrated Dispensing (including peer-reviewed journal contributions that serve as durable tools for commercial teams)Oversee PR efforts to secure earned media in healthcare and tech publicationsSystematically publish research, benchmarks, and trend analyses to defend the clinical/operational value of the MID modelEmployee BrandPartner with the People team to drive recruiting marketing efforts and craft employee experiences that drive culture and commitmentAbout YouExperience: 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role within HealthTechStartup DNA: Proven ability to build & lead a marketing function from the ground up in a fast-paced, "series A or B" environmentDomain Expertise a plus: Understanding of the sensitivities surrounding PBMs, Payors, and medically integrated dispensing is a plusEducation: Bachelor’s degree from a leading universityWhy Join Us?A career at House Rx offers the chance to work with a talented group of mission driven entrepreneurs, healthcare professionals, and technology builders who are passionate about improving specialty care and values intellectual honesty, speed, and patient-centricity.
