Reporting to the IT Director, you’ll take ownership of endpoint management and security across our remote-first organization. You’ll bring deep experience with Microsoft Intune and Entra, and thrive in an environment that values autonomy, speed, and transparency. You’ll help ensure our infrastructure is secure, scalable, and aligned to the needs of our distributed workforce.Primary ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage the configuration, deployment, and optimization of Microsoft Intune across all corporate devicesOwn and understand dynamic software patching and deployment of patching using modern toolsAdminister and troubleshoot Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) to support secure access and identity managementDevelop and enforce device compliance policies, ensuring security standards are met across endpointsPartner with IT leadership to refine endpoint strategy and tooling as we scaleProactively monitor, detect, and remediate issues impacting device health, performance, or securityBuild and maintain documentation, SOPs, and automated workflows for efficiency and consistencyServe as a go-to resource for device-related escalations and user supportQualifications and Key Success FactorsExtensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, including configuration profiles, compliance policies, and application deploymentDeep working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), Conditional Access, and identity governanceProven success supporting a remote-first workforce with varying needs across macOS and Windows environmentsStrong troubleshooting skills and a bias toward actionSelf-starter who thrives in a flat, fast-moving environmentAbility to communicate clearly and respectfully with technical and non-technical stakeholdersThe physical and mental requirements of our roles include but are not limited to regular use of a computer, devices or other office equipment, clear communication, and occasional movement. To round out our world-class total rewards package, we provide annualized base salary compensation in the range listed below.
